MOODEC Facility maintenance services covers inspection, maintenance and repair works of our clients to support their business requirements. We support our client regularly in monitoring any equipment to ensure its continued operation and identify any possible area of premature failure.

FACILITY PIPING CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR WORKS

This involves provision of appropriate materials, labours, tools, equipment and any other means required to completely carry out the following work elements on various sizes and dimensions of the work element:

  • Fabricate and Install Piping and Pipe fitting
  • Cold Cut and Bevel Pipes
  • Hot Cut and Bevel Pipes
  • Weld Pipe and Fittings
  • Install flanged Valve including gaskets and Bolt-up
  • Unbolting and Removal of Existing Flanged Valves
  • Pressure Test Pipe Spools

    • REPLACEMENT OF FLANGED/WELDED VALVES

    This involves provision of appropriate materials, labours, tools, equipment and any other means required to completely carry out Replacement of various types of installed Valves; including pipe end preparation, line isolation and de-isolation after the replacement on the following work elements on various sizes and dimensions of the work element:

  • PReplacement of defective flanged valves
  • Replacement of defective welded valve
  • Replacement of defective screwed valve
  • Replacement of screwed valve with flanged valve

    • REPAIRS BY SECTIONAL REPLACEMENTS

    This involves provision of appropriate materials, labours, tools, equipment and any other means required to ensure safe and complete Replacement of pipeline sections of various sizes and dimensions:

  • Depressurize Pipeline to safe Pressure
  • Isolate/Reconnect Pipeline-Valve Isolation and/or using Blinds, Spade, Spectacle Blinds, etc.
  • Replacement by Welding of Line sections on Land Terrain
  • Excavate Pipe Ditch for Buried Pipeline section in Swamp Terrain
  • Field Butt Weld
  • Field Bolted Connection
  • Backfill Pipe Ditch and reinstate site to as-met condition

    • FABRIC MAINTENANCE BLASTING AND PAINTING SERVICES

    All our coating systems are applied in accordance with the respective paint manufacturers specifications. This process in closely monitored throughout the coating application:

  • Manual paint and brush application
  • (Air) Less paint techniques
  • Specialist coating applications
  • Manual dry grit blasting
  • Spot blast surface preparations
